Julia graduated from Victoria University in 2010 completing her Bachelor and Masters in Osteopathy. Julia is passionate about the hands-on, holistic approach Osteopathy provides. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and has gained experience in a wide range of injuries and conditions including postural related complaints, neck pain, headaches and sporting injuries. As well as manual treatment, Julia endeavors to educate her patients about self management in the form of ergonomic advice and rehabilitation exercises in order to manage their symptoms and help with long term injury management and prevention.
She has developed a particular interest in women’s health, pre and post natal care and paediatrics, completing post-graduate osteopathic courses in these fields as well as a masters in the assessment of infants. Julia has also undertaken courses in clinical pilates which she utilises in her osteopathic consultations, 1:1 and group sessions.
Outside of work, Julia loves hanging out with her dog and spending weekends down the Mornington Peninsula. She has a caring nature and a positive approach to helping patients achieve optimal health.
